Kona training resumes

Didn't train for a full 2 weeks after Will's accident. Now that I am here in GA, I have met a variety of folks who I can workout with and who have given me plenty of info about where to ride and run. Have been swimming in the pool at Shepherd. One word for ya... HOT. On Wed. is when the pool is the hottest (92 degrees!) Ran a 10K last weekend- not too bad...ended up with 4th in my age group...kinda ran out of gas around mile 4. Here's a pic...
