Here are a few pics from this weekend. We were up in Keene, NH. Many of you know that Ty's gram passed away in Jan. so this weekend there was a graveside memorial service. Even though we were not up there on the most happiest of terms, it was comforting to be in the presence of close family and friends. This was my 3rd trip to Keene and it was neat to visit again (and re-enact Ty's proposal :) We have a very busy week ahead with my friend Shannon coming to visit this Thursday thru the weekend and Ty's close college buddies also coming Thursday for a bachelor weekend. I leave this coming Sunday for Chicago. I was lucky enough to have work pay for a flight and a hotel room to the national critical care nursing conference. I will be going with my manager and my 2 assistant nurse managers. I never thought as a bedside nurse I would get to "travel for work" Kinda cool. I am also running around trying to get my professional portofoliio finished so I can apply for professional advancement at UNC (more of a leadership position and a bit more money) That is due May 1st and then I am looking for ward to Joyce's wedding on June 7th!! And we all know what happens about one month later :) We are both starting to feel some stress but are trying to keep everything in perspective. That's all for now- Ty has been in bed since about 5 pm and now that it is getting close to 9 I am ready to hit the hay myself. Unitl next time :)
