We're Here!!!

We arrived safely in Panama City, no big stories to tell...typical road trip and was actually quite painless. We got in with enough time to unpack and do a few other things. Ty's folks went to Wal Mart, I went for a quick ride while Ty went for a run and then we all went to the beach. The beach is just as beautiful as I remember it, but the water was a bit cooler. And of course there are triathletes everywhere. Our condo is great...very close to the race site and roomy. We have enough food for an army so we are able to cook all our own meals. Tonights menu is brown rice with a tofu and veggie stir fry....I even hauled some fresh ginger down here. Yum!
