13 weeks and 13.5 lbs later...
Well here we are. Made it to the Cape and back in late February. Miles enjoyed his first plane ride and loved hanging with the Cape Crew and meeting his 2nd cousins, Ellie & Rett. He also got to meet Erin & Jeff's new little one, Ben. Noi (Grammy Archibald) babysat while Ty & I went to the spa at Chatham Bars Inn and had a couples massage. It was an awesome trip. A few "coon" rides and 2 sushi dinners. Oh and we also made it to the Squire for lunch! Miles got to also meet auntie Shannon and Melissa. Auntie Shannon gave him his first official Tabor apparel and a little Seawolf :)
A few weeks later I found myself back at work. I have been back for 2.5 weeks now. It hasn't been terrible leaving Miles at daycare. We are happy with our daycare (they are even doing the cloth diapering) and have gotten into a manageable routine. Ty does the morning drop-off and I do the afternoon pick-up. Miles is there from about 7:45 am to 5 pm. I am still breastfeeding and have been able to keep up a good milk supply by pumping 2 x day at work. I will say by Friday we are all exhausted! I am still having issues with my SI joint and haven't been able to run more than 2-3 per week - very frustrating. Running is my outlet so it's been difficult to not have that. And this past Friday I got my first official cold- SO not fun being sick when you have a little one. Thank god for Ty though - he's been a savior while I have been sick. Spring has sprung down here though, which is wonderful. Just waiting for the wisteria to come out :)
